- Never publish keys in HTML, Git repositories, screenshots, analytics, or chat messages.
- Revoke or rotate a key if it may have been exposed.
- For production apps, use server-side secret management rather than browser storage.

After creating a key, use the Connect Your Own Provider page. AIZone's demo BYOK flow stores the key locally in your browser; it does not make browser storage equivalent to a production secret manager.
